Hello friends, we are using the TPS54334DRCR in an application configured as a regulator with a 3.3V output voltage. The input voltage is 24V DC, which comes from a switch-mode power supply (230V AC -> 24V DC). Now we have the issue that when plugging in the 24V power supply, the TPS54334DRCR burns out at irregular intervals! At the input, we have a diode SMAJ24A as overvoltage protection. The board is 4-layer, with all components of the external circuit for the TPS54334 on the top layer, and a ground plane underneath. What could be the reason that the TPS54334 burns out?
