TPS65130: Problem with TPS65130 converter board

Tool/software:

I have made a PCB based on the TPS65130 for an adjustable positive and negative power supply. After installing the components and testing the PCB I am getting strange results.

When DAQ output = 4.93 Vneg= 3.3v, 2.4v with load Vpos= 5v, 4.6v with load

When DAQ = 0 Vneg= 3.3v Vpos= 4.9v, 4.6v with load.

The FBN= 1.72 and the FBP= 1.13.

I have tested everything and tried multiple IC's and I am getting the same result.

Hi，

The TPS65130 schematic looks good to me.

The problem can be the DAC you used. I am not familiar with this part because it is not TI IC.

From my view, FBN should be 0V and FBP should be 1.2V in normal condition.

I did reroute the FBN to ground but it didn't work as well, it is really confusing.
