Hey Ochi,

Wettable flanks are plated vertical surfaces on the sides of a leadless package. The TPS2HC08 package is a leadless QFN package that has wettable flanks. The datasheet is correct.

Could you share datasheet page # where wettable frank outline is shown?

Other products show wettable frank outline as below, but not in TPS2HC08-Q1.

Ochi,

It is wettable flank because of the LEAD PLATTING as matte tin. Its NOT a step cut (in your example) or dimple therefore it will not appear on the datasheet drawing.
