Hi Sim,

You can use this one SSM6N7002KFU,LF.

It has almost similar specification like this part SI1029X-T1-GE3.

SSM6N7002KFU,LF is a n channel MOS while SI1029X-T1-GE3 is a p and n channel MOS.

Do we need p and n channels? or just n channel is sufficient

Hi Sim,

In your schematic, Q1A and Q1b are complementary mosfet, so this SSM6N7002KFU,LF Fet would not be work, it's an only N-channel Fet.

You can proceed with NTZD3155CT1G this part.

VGS of NTZD3155CT1G is only ±6V.

Just which to verify that is suitable for my application.

Vin= +12V

Vout= -3.3V
