The datasheet mentions 3750 V RMS withstand isolation, but I couldn’t find any details on, V_impulse, or Surge voltage ratings.

Also clarify:

Whether UCC5870-Q1 has been tested for impulse or surge isolation?
Any additional documentation or certification that provides these ratings?

Yes, these are the specs requested, unfortunately I couldn't find any of these in the UCC5870-Q1 datasheet, also need details about maximum impulse isolation voltage.

If TI has any extended documentation or certification reports that include these isolation parameters — I’d appreciate it if you could share them.

Hi Vishwa,

These specs are from the UCC5871-Q1, which is a pin-to-pin part with enhanced isolation.

This white paper (https://www.ti.com/lit/wp/slyy204c/slyy204c.pdf) provides details on TI's isolation technologies.

I strongly recommend looking into the UCC5881-Q1. This is our newest generation of programable gate driver in which we have made significant improvements and additions over the UCC587x-Q1 devices.
