TPS65218D0: Maximum capacity that can be connected to the load

It is still recommended to have a local 47 uF capacitor placed near the pin of the TPS65218D0,

At the points of loads, a certain level of remote capacitance, above the maximum local capacitance amount, is okay on DCDC4.
DCDC1/2 specifically states they can handle up to 500 uF of remote capacitance, but the value for DCDC4 is not specified. 

We do have reference designs that are verified to work with no issues, with higher amounts of remote capacitance on DCDC4, although this may not be up to 216 uF:

Up to 216 uF of capacitance has not been tested, so this may be done at your own risk. 

Unfortunately there is not a method of disabling/bypassing the 5ms time-out counter if DCDC4 does not start up in time due to excessive capacitance. 
And in this case, the capacitance would just have to be lowered.
