32V withstand voltage, 0.5A current, VCC needs 3V to operate (to measure low battery drop), back-to-back MOSFETs need reverse protection, not automotive grade, but must be halogen-free

Your operating voltage is 3V but you need a 32V withstand voltage.

We don't have such device in portfolio right now. It's in our future portfolio road map.

The application is automotive alternator control, but it doesn't require automotive standards, but does require halogen-free operation.

The BSP75's function here is to detect high and low levels and then pull to ground. D21 is reverse current protection.
