Hi TI colleague,
Last two years our factory volumed used TPS3813K33DBVT as power watch-dog and no problem; but this month our factory began to use TPS3813K33DBVR, find that 10PCS of 57PCS were failed, FPY is only 82%.
Attachment are two IC's photos, round tag is TPS3813K33DBVR.
The factory now stopped due to high failure rate, could you help to have a quick investigation on this?
