我在是用TPSM82913RDUR搭建的电路如图,用12V转5V,,但是我测试的5V输出的纹波,噪声的峰峰值有50mv,频率也才400KHZ多点,和手册的数据对不上,帮忙确认一下,问题点再哪?

what is the load connected? is it switching load?
Also I can see multiple waveforms on same time axis can you share only 1 waveform.

Can you share the waveform in non persistance mode only one waveform.
Also I can suggest you to add C45 = 47pF and check the output.

Isn't the TPSM82913RDUR suitable for applications with switching load?
It gives me the impression that the chip's response is lagging.
Could it be caused by the downstream LC circuit?
After removing the dynamic load from the downstream stage, the output ripple of the chip becomes very small, approximately 3mV peak-to-peak (Vpp).

the waveform shown seems its a load behavior not the converter behavior, as soon as load is switched ON the Vout decreases, and converter tries to maintain it, and as soon as its removed Vout increases and again converter tries to maintain it, seems like the load switching is at high frequency.
This measurement does not count for the Vout ripple.
Please calculate the Cout depending upon the load requirement.

I added a 100μF capacitor at the output stage, but the output voltage waveform has deteriorated. Do you have any recommendations regarding output capacitors?

The capacitor connected is correct.
The low freq noise is getting reflected from load side, you can check if the load is properly designed with proper biasing capacitors.
