TPSM8A28: About feedforward cap, bypass cap and Vin-Vcc connection

Hi team,

I have 3 questions about TPSM8A28.

Vin: 5V, Vout: 0.75V, Iout(max): 10A

1. Must Vin and Vcc be connected? Is there anything we should care about?
   
   
2. Should we put Cff for noise reduction? Datasheet shows if Vout= >2V, Cff is needed. How should we decide?
   
3. We followed the WeBench recommendations and placed large output capacitors. Are parallel bypass capacitors (for noise suppression) unnecessary？
