TPS63710: Is the TPS63710 suitable for a negative -5.5V low-noise solution?

TPS63710 have input voltage range from 3.1V to 14V, you cannot connect +15V rail directly.

So, I recommend using TPS5430 in Inverting buck-boost topology.

To achieve inverting voltage with low noise for TPS63710, the range of output voltage should be |VOUT| < 0.7 x VIN.
