TPS54160A: POWER INTEGRITY DESIGN

I need to model TPS54160A using 4-element VRM model with the parameter of slew inductance(Lslew), Flat Resistance(Rflat), Output inductance (Lout), Output Resistance(Ro). Could you suggest how to calculate the parameters particularly Lslew. And also is there any other 4 element combination is available for the VRM.

Hello Durga

I think you have to study this paper ' A Linear 4-Element Model of VRM ---Characteristics, Practical Uses and Limitations' , which is published in 2012. I am not familiar with 4-Element Model, but you can find the detail equation and limitations of the 4-element model in this paper. Sorry, I cannot share the PDF file.
