Tool/software:

Hi Team,

Step 1:
Provide the program to the programming vendor for flashing.

Expected Result: Program is successfully flashed.

Observed Result: Program was flashed without errors.

Step 2:
After flashing, verify that the result is correct.

Expected Result: Verification passes with no issues.

Observed Result: Result was correct.

Step 3:
Power cycle the IC and confirm its status.

Expected Result: IC status remains normal and unchanged.

Observed Result: A change in the code was detected.

CMD 0xE7 , write 0x0100, read back 0x2100

Additionally, please provide the SOP for IC program loading and exporting

Hi Allen,

As part of the import process, you will also want to ensure there is a store to nvm and restore command as some commands do not update on the fly. Can you share the import file you are using so we can test on our side?

Hi Allen,

I do not have an SOP document, but I can help walk you through our typical steps if you are using Fusion Digital Power Designer for export and import if you are having trouble

The programming file you shared here does not have a STORE_USER_ALL command and RESTORE_USER_ALL command which is a requirement for all NVM-backed commands. If the command does not update on the fly then the STORE & RESTORE is required to see any changes. I recommend adding a STORE and RESTORE command as the last transaction in your programming file

Check sum is a device dependent feature. It looks like TPS544C20 does not have this feature inherently. You will need to write your own script to support automated check sum

There are 5 TPS544C20 devices designed on the board, all with the same programming configuration. Do I need 5 separate versions of the program, or can they be shared?
