Tool/software:
Hi team,
In case of short, the CS output pulled up to VcsH.
The maximum Vcs(H) is 6.5. usually 5V MCU can be tolerant up to 5.5V.
Is there any solution for that? just use voltage devider?
Best,
Shoo

Hi Shoo,
If you are worried about VCS you can reduce it by reducing the value of Rcs:

Hi Nicholas,
What is the max ICSMax? They want to limit the Vcx max up to 5.5V.

Shoo
Hi Shoo,
To find your max ICS you can use K(CS) as ICS = IOUT/K(CS)
and to account for accuracy of K(CS) you can use the values given in the data sheet:

Hi Nicholas,
My understanding is correct?
The max Iout is current limit value. Kcs is fixed value over the all temp and condition.
So Max Ics should be max Iout/300. and Rcs must be <5.5V/Ics max.

Hi Shoo,
Yes your understanding is correct
