BQ34Z100: I²C Clock Stretching at 400 kbps with 4.7kΩ Pull-up

We are running I²C at 400 kbps with a 4.7 kΩ pull-up resistor and have observed clock stretching. Is there a way to reduce this? This behavior occurs during both transmission and reception.
