Problem phenomenon: Battery level display shows a question mark during low battery and high temperature hang testing
Problem description: When the machine is charged and discharged near 10% of low battery capacity in a 55-degree temperature chamber environment (discharged from 10% to 0%, then charged back to 10%), there is an abnormal communication issue with the fuel gauge IIC, resulting in the inability to obtain battery capacity and temperature information. Consequently, healthd cannot read the correct battery information, leading to the display of a question mark
