I'd like to know exact start up time.
Based on EVM user's guide, it's about 2.7ms after EN voltage reach a specific voltage. However, there is a description in the datasheet about "Primary-side soft-start time-out". I'm not sure what it does mean. Could you clarify what is the actual start-up time, and what does "Primary-side soft-start time-out" mean?
