BQ33100: P-FET is always OFF when system is powered with all flags green no matter what

how can i turn the P-FET Mosfet on for testing only..

need to see if the IC's is faulty

updated Firmware to your standards but nothing seems to work only reading and setting values

Flags seems to trigger but no matter what i get no charge voltage on my caps (5)

would be nice if i could get the SMB/SBS command to turn the P-FET manualy on
