BQ27542EVM: During low-temperature discharge, the RSOC's charge level jumps from 20% to 0%

Part Number: BQ27542EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: GPCRB

Tool/software:

Hello, the 1S1P 5000mAH battery pack, using BQ27542, with both CHEM ID and GPCRB correctly configured, was discharged at 0.1C and 0.2C respectively at 0℃, at 0.1C and 0.2C respectively at -10℃, and at 0.2C respectively at -20℃ without any issues. However, at -20℃, when discharging at 0.1C, a significant jump occurs at the terminal, and the RSOC charge drops directly from 20% to 0%. May I ask if this is normal? What causes it? Please check the attached test data and GG file for analysis. Thank you
