My customer has some questions for LM76202-Q1
1)
While absolute max of SHDN pin is defined as -0.3~62V, its recommended operating condition is defined as 0~4V.
Why is there so much voltage difference between the absolute max and the recommended condition?
Are both definition really true?
2)
The datasheet says that RTN should not be connected to GND if using reverse polarity protection.
In this case, is it better not to put any EMC prevention component like a decoupling capacitor between RTN and GND?
