TPS7A56: Sense of the SNS pin of TPS7A

Tool/software:

When reading the spec for the TPS7A device, I get the impression, that the SNS pin should be connected to the output pin, evtl. as close as possible.

Does it make sense to use it in the classical setting to measure the voltage close to the load instead ?

    Thank you for reaching out and showing interest in our new TPS7A56. 

    May I ask what is the current application you are looking for? Will you need higher current capabilities? 

    To answer your question, yes, the SNS can still be used as a remote SNS and tie it close to the load. Make sure that there is a small 22uF capacitor close to the LDO itself.
