TPS53647: application question

Hi Alice,

TPS53647 can be set certain values through resistor pin-strapping, but also supports writing values to device via PMBus. The resistor value on the SKIP-NVM pin will determine whether device uses the pinstrap values or NVM values.

TI's Fusion Digital Power Designer can be used to write values or import a complete device configuration. Fusion also allows for easy checking of telemetry and faults.

If customer is able to do so, I recommend connecting to TPS53647 device with Fusion to check for any configuration issues or faults that would prevent output voltage from being produced.

Additionally, do you have customer controller (TPS53647) + power stage schematic?
