    Please make sure that C8 (the capacitor on VDD) is not de-rated below 2.2uF for 1.8V and over temperature. The package size (0403) indicate that it is ok but please make sure to double check with the capacitor's datasheet as this one is absolutely critical for reliably operation.

    GPOUT should be pulled up to your IO rail is it's open drain.
