Since the VCC is the internal regulated supply, and the minimum and maximum is between 12V to 18V, and it will cause UVP when VCC drop below 10V
What kind of condition will VCC drop between 10V - 12V? And what's the operation during this area? Operated normally?

Thanks for reaching out. VCC pin is connected to the RTN node through a RC filter. If the RTN node voltage with respect to VEE decreases below the VCC regulation voltage, VCC voltage may be in the range of 10-12V. It's not a recommended mode of operation. RTN voltage must be more than 12V. If not, separate LDO needs to be added.
