TPS54KC23: Could TPS54KC23 be stacked to offer higher output current?

No, TPS54KC23 does not support a stackable configuration.

TPS546B25 can be used without PMBus. As part of the basic PMBus requirement, PMBus devices must startup safely without bus communications; they can be used with or without a power system manger/controller. 

The TPS546x25 device family includes three different current options:

• TPS546B25: 25A
• TPS546C25: 35A
• TPS546E25: 50A
