Tim, I have tried to qualify for a local FAE but I'm still waiting for that to happen. It's a long story, but right now the answer is no, I do not have a local FAE.

So if you can help me out with a direct email, I promise I won't abuse it.

The responsible engineer is back in the office on Monday. If you like, post your email here and he will respond asap.

PS: at a minimum we will need the schematic and a completed quickstart calculator to do the review.
