Please allow me to submit inquiries regarding Group B and D testing on PCR Form as below.

I recognized there are Group B4 test data (Ball Shear and Solder Column Pull) on PCR Form though the package is a flat pack as below.
Below is a screen shot from 5962R1320202VCX, DC2435A
Also there are D2 Ball Shear, Solder Column Pull, and D3 Class P, Y as well as below.
I did check the PCR Form for the date code 1703A and there were no B4, D2(Ball Shear / Solder Column Pull), and Class P and Class Y data.
I believe there were some changes has been made for PCR Form.
Will these non flat package, Class P and Class Y test data will be listed as normal on flat package PCR form?
Could it be possible for you to kindly provide us knowledge why non flat package data are stated on the PCR Form for flat package device?
Also, is it possible for TI to provide PCR Form without different package test data or have them stated as non applicable (N/A)?
Our customer are confused of why the data for a different packages and other classes were provided on PCR Form and we will be grateful if you could kindly provide your knowledge to clarify the confusion.
