The LP8864 chip is not connected to a string of lights. After testing the diode, the voltage is 43V. What's going on? After connecting the string of lights, it doesn't light up normally. Is it because the chip is damaged

Hi, Haitao
As the boost output is 43V, so the controller is worked. May I kindly know if any fault is triggered when you connect to the panel? and any kind of failure is reported?
Hello Zhiqian
Thank you for your reply. It's possible that a fault was triggered during the test because an arc occurred during the test OUT process. But can't it recover by itself after being powered on again? After we debugged later, we found that the chip was indeed not damaged, but the MCU needed to re-burn the program before it could return to normal. Could you please help explain this? Thank you
Hi, Haitao
Could you pls kindly readback the device fault? it looks LED string has some problems, pls kindly check if the LED panel worked normally and the connection.
