BQ24450: What is Ipre max ? Im going to designing 12v 7Ah battery charger

Based on the datasheet equations, you can set the IPRE based on the RT resistor value:

The maximum based on the EC table is 40mA, so as long as this equation does not lead to IPRE of more than 40mA it should be an acceptable RT.
