Hey Jun-

I checked this with A/T site, it looks like this is normal.

Please see below reply: 

"By manual inspection, the marking could still be read if the unit is viewed with minor tilt at small angle. This happens because due to the variation in mold surface roughness.

Our outgoing AVI is able read the marking. Typically, we’d recommend customer to optimize the AOI setting to be able to read the marking "
