Datasheet package information does not include step-cut or dimple in package. Or does it have "LEAD PLATTING as matte tin" as wettable flank as same as below link?

Hi Ochi-san,

No wettable flanks on the LM70880-Q1. Do you need 80V/8A? Alternatives include LM65680-Q1 65V/8A converter or the LM5148-Q1 80V controller. Or the LM5190-Q1 80V controller if you need CC/CV as well.

Coud you make wettable flank option on LM70880-Q1? Ohterwise automotive customer may not consider the device.
