Hi Experts,
The I2C interface on the EV2400 does not work. The unit does turn on normally and also is able to communicate through the SMB interface, however the I2C port does not work. The unit was cross-checked with another working EV2400 and found that it is indeed faulty.
Can you confirm if the hardware is good for replacement/return?
