DCR011205: Can negative 12V to positive 5V out with common GND ?

Part Number: DCR011205

Tool/software:

I want to polarity voltage generation with common GND as picture.  

That is  -12V input to +5V output.

Is it no problem?

    I've not tried this configuration but the concern is that on the output side the GND is the LOW reference for +5V but on the input side the same GND is the HIGH reference for -12V. It might be ok to try this, if the input GND and output GND were isolated.
