My customer is referring TPS25910EVM-088 and has questions.

I would be grateful if you could advise.

According to the TPS25910EVM-088 user's guide, this EVM supports 3-20V5A.

The board layout could not see thermal vias on the power pads of the TPS25910 and CSD17313Q2.
Can I understand that this is unnecessary even for the 20V5A specification?

These vias indeed look unnecessary for this device as the thermal pad itself will help with the thermals and we don't have these vias in the EVM or in other devices with similar package.
