UCC5350: Propagation delay between different package

Hi Team,

My customer is wondering - there are two different packages (DW & DWV) for UCC5350, will the wider one(DWV) have a longer prop delay?

From the EC table, there is only one prop delay, so how come the wider package won't affect the delay time?

    Hi Charles,

    I have not been able to detect a difference in propagation delay between these two packages. Even the UCC5350L seems to have a 55ns propagation delay unloaded. 4mm extra is likely to small of a distance to detect with nanosecond resolution at the speed of light.

    In this figure, the 100pF Cload is going to load the output stage, and the delay is a measure of charge current and Roh/Rol, not distance traveled.
