BQ40Z50: Battery power fluctuation

Dear TI Engineer,

We encountered a problem when using BQ40Z50, that is our battery has a factory voltage of 13.22V and a charge capacity of 60%, but after installation at the customer's site, it reads a voltage of 13.17V and a charge capacity of 90%.

We checked the register settings and the bit12 (Smooth) is enable. Do you have any suggestion for this problem?

Do you have a log of data of the before gauge when it was 90%?

Do you have a log of data of the after gauge when it was 90%?
