TPS659112 Factory programming

I have a question concerning TI's TPS659112 programmability. My application is for a very high volume product and I am wondering if TI could program the part's EEPROM with my specific program as opposed to the default factory program . Also, it isn't clear to me how to do mass programming of these devices in a production environment. Are there any off the shelf products that can be used for mass programming, or would a special test fixture need to be created? Please advise.

Yes we have OTP and yes we can program it. We only do that for new processor and major customer with firm Order. (>100K).

Thank you for taking the time to reply to this thread. I have a bit of constructive criticism for TI on this device.

If the user does not have the ability to program then the datasheet should be modified indicate this clearly. Usually when any device offers "EEPROM Programmability" as one of the features it leads people to believe it is programmable by the user, not just the factory.

Provided that TI wants to engage (i.e. we have the right volume opportunity etc) What is the process to obtain proof of concept devices with custom EEPROM profile?
