about 2nd question:
for example loook at Thermal Pad in datasheet (LAND PATTERN EXAMPLE) - it has dimensions for corners 3X (R0.223). I mean corner style is rounded. But in footprint from Ultralibirian there is 45 degrees corner style. It's same for pads 1,7,11, 17. I think it's not problem and both variant is correct.

And dear Youhao! I have one more question:
