What is the input voltage and load current?

Note that there is no ripple injection circuit in the schematic. Would recommend going through the datasheet in details.

Also 4.7uF 25V output capacitors might not be sufficient, because of derating/DC bias effect, effective capacitance would be much lesser at 10V.

Hi David

Sorry for missing Vin, I out from the schematic. For Vin_max=54V, Iout=1A, the peak inductor current at 1000khZ would be ~1.19A whereas the min current limit threshold for the is 1.25A. You may want to have more margin by increasing L value.
