TPS2492: Question on the 50mV (25mV? current limit threshold)

On page 3 in the table under Power Limiting and Current Limiting, it is stated or implied that there are two current limits, one at 25mV when the VDS of the FET is not fully enhanced and the constant power engine is in play, and a second limit of 50mV when the VDS is fully enhanced.  Then on page 7 and 8, the calculations use 50mV everywhere to tabulate the ILIM and then the constant power value.  I'm trying to reconcile this seeming inconsistency.  What is the 25mV limit?  I see no other reference to it in the datasheet other than the table.  Thanks for your help.
