LM5146-Q1: Device and Mosfet getting hot with no load

Hello Team,

We are using LM5146-Q1 is designed to buck voltage 12V from 24V input voltage.

Device and Mosfet getting hot and when we connect load output voltage is reaching to zero voltage.

we have taken the following gate signals from high side and low side of the mosfets.

refer schematic below.

Kindly revert ASAP.

    Hi Rahil,

    I recommend filling out the quickstart calculator to check losses.

    These Vishay FETs are quite capacitive with Qrr of 110nC and Qg at 10V of 40nC. Do you need two FETs in parallel? Better to use just one good FET.

    Also check the inductor core loss.

    Btw, the SW node voltage looks super unusual here, why are there two levels?
