    Hello Peter,

    Thanks for the inquiry. All of these FETs are in SOT-23 packages and TI does not make any FETs in this package. Our recommended (non-p2p) cross references:

    • AP2305GN -20V, 65mΩ P-channel FET: CSD25485F5 -20V, 42mΩ P-channel FET in F5 FemtoFET package. Smaller, lower on resistance and lower leakage vs. competition.
    • AP2318GEN 30V, 33mΩ N-channel FET: CSD17585F5 30V, 33mΩ N-channel FET in F5 FemtoFET package. Smaller, same on resistance and lower leakage vs. competition.
    • AP2305AGN -30V 54mΩ P-channel FET: no cross - TI P-channel FETs got to -20V max.
    • RK7002BM 60V, 2.4Ω N-channel FET: CSD18541F5 60V 75mΩ N-channel FET in F5 FemotFET package. Smaller, lower on resistance vs. competition.
