TPS61033: Recommended value of Rdummy

Hi team,

My customer plans to connect Rdummy resistor to VOUT pin from PG pin to implement output discharge function. What is the recommended value of Rdummy resistor? Based on the E2E thread below, Rdummy should be 4kohm to 40kohm. 

Is 4kohm of Rdummy the minimum value? My customer would like to decrease the output voltage as fast as possible.
