Thanks for pointing this out. Our package materials information is an automated process. I will look into why it is not present in this datasheet.

If it is without the packaging specifications, our customer cannot approve the design review.
Will I be able to get the 'PACKAGE MATERIALS INFORMATION' by the end of this week?

Hi Junji-san,

The package material information will be the exact same as the TPS36-Q1 device as these devices are both watchdogs in the same DDF(8) package. Could the customer please refer to the 'PACKAGE MATERIALS INFORMATION' on pages 34 and 35 of the TPS36-Q1 datasheet (https://www.ti.com/product/TPS36-Q1)
