Dear Team,
We want to regulate the 280V to 360V DC Input to 320V DC output at 15A current. we want to use 4 switch Full bridge topology, kindly suggest me a Which driver we need to use. Currently we are using UCC27211 gate driver. I have attached the circuit image. In simulation we are not getting the expected result. Kindly Check and provide us a solution
