Hi William,
The capacitor in schematic don't show value, so I cannot review. Please let customer clarify this.
Hi Shipeng
I know you're confused. let me show the capacitor value.
SC2D2U25V is 2.2uF_25V
SC10U25V is 10uF_25V
SC22U6D3 is 22uF_6.3V
SCD1U25V is 0.1uF_25V
SCD01U25V is 0.01uF_25V
SC47P50V is 47pF_50V
inductor 3D3UH is 3.3uH
Hi William,
Recommend add a100nF cap on EN pin.
VCC cap needs to be connected to PGND. And place PGB701 near VCC cap to connect to AGND.
I don't check compensation value because I don't know output cap part number and ESR. Other thing is OK.
Hi Shipeng
Thank you for your prompt reply. the schematic is drawing based on their predecessor production project. could you share your calculation tool result to me. I might need explanation why we'd change the resistor.
thanks
Hi Shipeng
please help to review the layout. thank you

Hi William,
Please see my comments below.
1. Move the RC snubber to the inductor's right side, and move boot cap to connect to BOOT1/BOOT2 on bottom layer directly. Then inductor can be moved closer to IC.
2. Add three vias beside VIN pin and VOUT pin under the IC. See TI's EVM as example.
3. Add some vias near input cap and output cap. Then use layer10(other layer is also OK) to connect the vias at cap side to the vias under IC. So there's two layer copper for input and output.
4. VCC cap PCB717 should be placed closer to VCC pin, not EXTVCC pin. This is highest priority than other components connected to VCC pin.
5. Make PGB701 to near PCB717 to connect AGND and PGND.
6. Wire connect to PRB705 should be "Kelvin connection".
