Helo all. Some weeks I try to create power from lead acid 24V to 80 V 1500w . Ihave created prototype, but still problem with snubber diodes and resisors in output synced rectifier. I use two types of wiring with resistor connected to output or to diode cathodes like is in more of forum recomdations. I have problems with low/zero load. After load abowe 1a is sbubber resistors heating slower. I can not go to higher load when low load no works. Still no idea how to continue. Is it possible to create dcdc with above parameters ? May halp any fuction scheme of galvanically isolated step-up converter with high power, but I can not find any scheme or appnote. I have lot of time recalculated excel sheet for ucc28950, did simulation with Tina, no effect.
