    Hi Switch,

    Thanks for using the e2e forum.

    The worst case scenario for maximum inductor current would be 6.2V VIN, 19.4V VOUT and 9A load, which would result in ~30A inductor current.
    Please double check if this case is possible, as it would require smaller sense resistance and a higher inductor current rating.

    Aside from this, the design looks good to me.
