UCC27282: UCC27282: Can this be used with 100% duty cycle (always on)?

The driver can be used with 100% duty cycle as long as HB-HS stays above the UVLO of the high side. This is challenging because if the high side turn on time is very long, this will discharge the bootstrap capacitor. Non isolated gate drivers do not generate their own bias. However, there are many options to bias the driver which are detailed in the FAQ "How to bias the high side of a half-bridge gate driver and why".
