TPS1685EVM: IREF 2x expected value

What's the RIMON and RILIM you put?

Did you remove the 2nd eFuse ?

VIREF should not go more than 1V. Have you kept the 40.2 kOhms resistance open and not connected?

3000 ohms for RIMON and 1100 ohms for RILIM. I did not remove 2nd efuse; per user guide I removed R36, R41, R48, R49, and R51. I populated R37 and R42. The 40.2k was connected by installing jumper in J6 pins 3&4. 

I will check and come back on this.

This pin should not go above 1V by design. On EVM we don't have external signal to pull this to more voltage.

Any signal pulling this pin to more voltage?

I understand that I shouldn't see above 1V but I am. I'm using EVM in this test, no other circuitry to pull it up. For another data point, if I enable both IREF resistors in parallel case, with J6 jumpers installed in 1&2 and 3&4, the voltage at IREF test point is 0.86V. Bizarre behavior. My guess is I'm going to have to figure out how to replace chip.
